Not sure whether online (telehealth) or face to face is best for you?
Online counselling is as effective as face to face (in person) sessions. Some people may feel a little anxious about accessing online support initially, however most find they relax quite quickly as they are in the comfort of their own homes. It is also much more time efficient as there is no travel required. Often people might like to book an initial face to face appointment and then change to online.
