Hi! This time of year can often feel a bit hectic. To help you feel more calm and grounded, I’m sharing a simple one minute tool--no prior tapping experience required! What is EFT (Tapping)? Before I get started, here is a quick recap. EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques. or ‘tapping’ as it is commonly known, is a gentle practice where you tap on specific acupressure points to assist the body and mind to release tension, reduce stress, and feel calmer. One of the most common questions I receive in relation to tapping is: “What words should I use?” The magic of EFT is— in its basic form, you don’t need to find the perfect words. You can simply tap and breathe, and that’s enough to start calming your nervous system!
