Karen uses traditional therapeutic counselling approaches in combination with emotional regulation and stress management techniques including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/"Tapping") and Mindfulness. The techniques you will learn are ones you can continue to use whenever you experience stressful situations in your day to day life. EFT is clinically proven to reduce stress and anxiety.
